1. MAIN PANEL: Let's take a look at your main panel location! The main panel for a townhouse or a multi-unit residence is usually located in one of two places. The first common location is on the exterior wall of your home or garage wall. Please send a picture of the complete panel, preferably from 15-30 feet away. We need to be able to see the surroundings of the panel and be able to indentify its location. If your main panel is located inside an electrical closet/room, please take a closeup picture of the circuit breaker directly next to your electrical meter.
2. LOAD CALCULATION: If your main panel is not located in an electrical closet or meter bank, please take a closeup picture of the circuit breakers & labeling in your panel from 1-2 feet away. The breaker numbers have to be legible so that we can do a Load Calculation to figure out your maximum available power, and to be sure that you won't trip breakers when you plug in your Electric Vehicle. We need a picture of the breakers inside your main panel. This is required to accurately provide you with a proposal to ensure you have enough available power for your EV circuit installation.
3. SUB PANEL: Please take a picture of the breakers/labeling in all of your homes sub panels. This will help us determine the best way to install your EV charger.
4. Garage Interior/Exterior: It is important that you take a picture of the wall that you plan to have your EV charger installed on.
This information is required to better assist and advise you on your charging options.
